The agreement

ParkCue is made by MK Studios Group LLC. Buying a pass or using the app means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live. ParkCue is built for the adult planning the trip.

What ParkCue is

ParkCue plans park days. It reads posted wait times and park hours from public data sources, takes the answers you give about your trip, and builds a plan around them. It also answers questions about the parks it covers.

Everything ParkCue shows you about a park comes from somebody else’s live feed or from research we have written down. We say where a number came from and how old it is, on the screen where you read it.

What you can buy

A pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Nothing renews and nothing charges you a second time.

You can buy inside the app, where Apple takes the payment, or on our website, where a payment processor takes it and your key arrives by email. Either way, the price shown at the moment of purchase is the price.

A refund for an in-app purchase is Apple’s to give, under Apple’s policy, because Apple holds the money. A refund for a purchase made on our website is ours, and the guarantee below is the main one.

The free part of ParkCue stays free. Live boards, park hours and the sample day cost nothing and need no account.

The first-park-day guarantee

If you bought on our website and the first day did not earn its keep, ask us within 48 hours of your first park day and we refund the purchase in full. The 48 hours run from the start of your first park day, not from the moment you paid.

It is one guarantee per account. An in-app purchase is refunded by Apple instead.

We are a guide, not the park

ParkCue is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, NBCUniversal, or any theme park. Park names, ride names and restaurant names belong to their owners and are used here only to say which real place we mean.

We do not sell park admission, Lightning Lane, Express Pass, hotel rooms or dining reservations. You buy those from the parks, and holding valid admission is yours to arrange.

Waits, hours and predictions are estimates. Parks change hours, close rides and cancel shows without notice. A good plan improves the odds. Nothing here promises a ride, a short queue, or a particular kind of day, and a closed attraction is not a refund.

You are responsible for your own party in the park: heights, health advisories, and the choices you make on the ground. Nothing ParkCue suggests overrides a posted rule or an instruction from park staff.

Your trip is yours

The answers you give and the plans built from them belong to you. You give us only the permission needed to run the service for you, and the Privacy Policy sets out exactly what that means.

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. Settings holds the row.

Fair use

Do not use ParkCue to break the law or a park’s rules. Do not scrape or resell our content or the feeds behind it. Do not probe, overload or take apart the service.

A pass covers your own party. It is not for resale and not for running a commercial touring business.

Ending things

You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We can close an account that breaks these terms, and where it is fair we refund a pass that was not used.

What we can promise

ParkCue is provided as it is. So far as the law allows, we make no implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the pass that claim is about.

We are not liable for indirect or knock-on losses, including a holiday that did not go the way you hoped. Where your local law gives you a right this section would take away, your law wins.

Governing law and disputes

If something has gone wrong, write to hello@parkcue.app first. Almost everything is settled that way.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, together with the federal law of the United States where it applies. Nothing here removes a right your local consumer law gives you.

Changes to these terms

If we change something that matters, the app tells you before the change takes effect. The version you are under is always the one on this screen.
